In this training program, you will be exposed to a variety of learning experiences in the industry across our 7 local farm locations.
You will be riding along with our sales team and working hands-on in our veal calf operation. Our experienced professional management will lead you in developing your skills and practical knowledge in your field of choice.
After one year, employees will have advancement opportunities for full-time roles such as a Feed Sales Representative, Farm Manager, or Bovine Vet Assistant / Compliance Trainee.

or have a 2 or 4-year degree in Animal Science, Livestock Management, or AgBusiness Enjoy working outside and are comfortable working closely with large livestock Work well independently and with a team Are dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and willing to learnWhat you would be doing : The first 2-3 months : Train closely alongside Feed Sales Representatives Attend ride-alongs to visit various farm locations Learn the sales process from start to finishThe next 9-10 months : Work with our Animal Care Specialists to understand full-service livestock management Assist in blood sampling, dehorning, castration, and other livestock maintenance duties Feed veal and beef calves twice daily Identify and learn how to treat animal health issues Vaccinate calves according to the programAfter one year, employment opportunities include : Feed Sales Rep for veal, beef, or heifers Farm Manager Vet Assistant / Animal Compliance Health / Nutrition Livestock Transportation
