YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for standard order, credit / debit note creation, free of charge and return orders.
  • Responsible for processing end to end process of customer service from orders to deliveries.
  • Responsible for coordinating with Korean customer service, warehouse and logistics team.
  • YOUR SKILLS

  • Graduate of Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Working experience not required, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in reading, Writing and speaking in Korean language
  • Intermediate verbal and written English communication skills
  • Trainable, work good in teams and time management efficient
