Job Responsibilities :
Facilitates classroom / Virtual training for New-hires.
Leverages different learning methodologies (e-learning, classroom, web-based / Virtual, role-plays, scenario-based learning) to drive learning and impact performance.
Designs learning experiences that support business objectives.
Ensures New hires take on Communication training courses.
Maintains updated records of training curriculums and materials.
Identifies individual and Team Skills gap.
Provides assistance during the Nesting Period.
Understands metrics and how they impact performance.
Job Requirements :
Intensive experience in Sales whether as a Trainer or at least a Senior Sales Agent, BPO setting.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Capable to deliver back-to-back classes.
Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
Demonstrated ability in both independent facilitation and training principles.
Demonstrated ability to write training related materials.
Able to work flexible hours and / or overtime as business needs dictate.
Must be a team-player with an ability to lead and motivate others.
Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
