Responsiblefor Leading and mentoring a small development team within aspecific task or project, side by side with hands-ondevelopment.
What willyour job looklike?
Youwill provide technical leadership to software engineers by coachingand mentoring throughout end-to-end software development,maintenance, and lifecycle to achieve project goals to the requiredlevel of quality;
promote team engagement andmotivation.
You will provide input to thesoftware engineering manager for estimates, resource needs,milestones and risks; ensure effective delegation, monitoringtasks, identifying risks and handling mitigation andescalations.
You will provide hands-ontechnical and functional input to design, maintenance, build,integration and testing of complex software components according tofunctional and technical design specifications;
Follow softwaredevelopment methodologies and releaseprocesses
You will analyze and provide inputfor the requirements and provide impact assessment for new featuresor bug fixes. Make high-
level design and establishes technicalstandards.
You will represent and leaddiscussions related to product / application / modules / team and buildrelationships with internalcustomers / stakeholders
You will enforcesquality processes (such as performing technical root cause analysisand outlining corrective action for given problems), measure themand takes corrective actions in case of variances and ensure allthe project agreed deliverables are completed to the required levelof quality.
Bachelor'sdegree in Science / IT / Computing orequivalent
7+years of experience in a software engineeringrole
2+ years ofexperience in leading tasks and / or mentoring engineers, as a TeamLead.
Experience in handlingDigital Team with .Net experience.
Thorough understanding ofsoftware development and / or support methodologies, principles andprocedures and related software managementtools
