Craft graphic elements, assets, and visual treatments that adapt and flow with responsive design systems
Develop design prototypes (wireframes)
Develop early screen and graphics studies
Develop actual screens and graphics / assets
Job Description :
Create, initiate, and drive accurate and useful user experience for products, services, and features, across channels and all throughout the customers lifecycle : from discovery to retention.
Get a comprehensive overview of current features, projects, products, services and map out how they all work with each other.
Ensures and protects the quality of work for experience design.
Ensures that design deliverables are provided on time, on specifications, and on quality.
Immerse in the environment and context of the end users to get a feel of their needs, wants, and motivations.
Educate different units on the value of experience design made right.
Understands the value and fundamentals of User-Centered Design in order to provide solutions that satisfies the user's desired output.
Initiates in-depth requirement analysis and user-research in order to minimise development cost.
Help the business unit sponsors translate their ideas into a concrete set of features and requirements that supports the best experience
Ensure that the journey map, story, and flow are followed and implemented by vendors and partners
Execute existing design guidelines if and when possible
Provide informed insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and the management for important decisions and milestones
Keep abreast with the latest trends and best practices within and outside the telecommunications and digital industry.
Promote and support processes that push for collaborative and iterative design.
