Job Description :
Position Objective : This position is primarily responsible for customer servicing of policy requests coming from walk-in clients and BSEs in assigned branches.
Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Handles various inquiries and policy requests from walk-in BPLAC customers and assigned BSEs determines policy status / details and / or requirements to process the request, and advises the customer / BSE accordingly.
2. Monitors the progress of policy requests and complaints received in the assigned area, ensures resolution within target turnaround times and provides necessary feedback to customers regarding their requests
3. Promotes to customers / BSEs BPLAC's available tools. (iplan,icare) for their convenience.
