1. Demand Planning and Forecasting A. Analyze forecast and products made by Marketing (Newcampaigns and existing) by checking historical data of relatedproducts.
Recommend and provide inputs to improve the forecast andincluding use of appropriate forecasting tools and techniques.B. Translate Marketing’s product forecast to material requirements andascertain additional volume to be purchased.
C. Monitor forecasting volume for local and imported materials by ensuring supply and demand schedule and inventories are in place.
2. Inventory Replenishment A. Review inventory supply and prepare monthly and yearly forecastof materials issuance for replenishment of stocks and forprocurement use.
B. Collect and analyze past and present replenishment report and providerecommendations to MMD Manager based on sales forecast pergroup and sales volume for new / re-
launched products.C.Monitor inventory of materials in coordination with Logistics todetermine items that need to be replenished,revisit inventory modelingand material classification to minimize expiration,obsolescence associated to poor warehousing.
3. System A.Update and analyze report including monthly sales report for Franchise and Company Owned stores, aging report, importeditems report,projected order and inventory report for BMI andusage report for proper monitoring and tracking of supplies.
B. Monitor inventory status and ordering / delivery requirements,inventory turnover report and identify non-moving,slow moving andobsolete inventory report to make recommendation to otherdepartment such as Marketing and Operations.
