We have a number of exciting vacancies for experienced customer service representatives (level 3) to work for our global clients.

The roles include a mixture of phone support and administrative functions such as email and reporting.

Position : Customer Service Representative Level 3

Reporting into an on-site supervisor, as well as to the client directly, you will be responsible for :

  • assisting customers with their concerns and inquiries
  • sending daily reports direct to supervisors
  • upselling of products and other services
  • promoting the brand via other channels e.g. social media
  • The be successful in these roles, we are looking for the following experience :

  • 5 years + customer service experience
  • excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • fluent English
  • A keen eye for detail
  • able to explain complicated concepts easily to customers
