Positio n target :
This position is accountable for managing account related activities for Corporate, Ocean & Air Freight to achieve agreed service levels that includes :
Rule based working along global standards
Readiness of mind, concentrated / accurate / reliable mode of operation (functioning)
Daily complexity tasks handing independently
Deep dive into existing problems and identify the root causes and addressing it
Tasks and Responsibilities :
Prepare and Present performance report to internal and external stakeholders
Data quality monitoring / reporting / control through coordination with various parties
Follow ISSC MNL internal SOPs, country / trade-lane specifics
Follow working instructions of superior
Escalate irregularities to ISSC MNL Manager and discuss action plans.
Ensure proper execution of agreed services by continuously monitoring internal operations as per service performance KPIs defined in SLA
Monitor and Maintain proper Staffing and Scheduling to meet volume completion requirements as well as productivity of team.
Conduct time and motion study every 6 months to ensure correct staffing at all times.
Drive continuous improvement of the team and related processes.
To take up additional task as assigned by Operations Manager on ad hoc basis for business purposes.
Guide new employees in daily operation and ensure to complete onboarding plan.
Cross skill team members to support in case of business needs
Ensure succession planning is in place and ensure minimal impact in operations due to staff resignation / transfer.
Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.

Education and skills :
E ducation : College Graduate
Work experience : at least 2 years above work experience with Logistics and shared services industry.
Experience in Managing a Team with focus on KPI, staffing & scheduling.
Customs process background / experience.
Experience with Data Quality Check, reporting and Analysis is preferred.
Intermediate or Advance Excel skills is required.
Intermediate or Advance Knowledge on Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
Fluent in English, verbal or written is a must.
