As a Business Development Representative, your role is to find and create new sales opportunities via prospecting and conducting cold outreach.

You’ll identify organizations’ current and future IT challenges to help match AvePoint products and support services to those needs.

in-the-life of a Business Development Representative Your responsibilities will include :

  • Finding new sales opportunities with potential and existing customers
  • Work with sales account executives to help prospect their territories
  • Record accurate customer data into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive demand towards virtual and in-person events
  • Qualifications :

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s or College Degree
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and convey them to customers
  • Sense of responsibility, team spirit and resilience
  • Prior cold calling experience (preferred)
  • Overseas working / study experience (preferred)
