SFM (Shopper Field Marketing) Field Development Specialist
As an SFM Field Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying trade opportunities and developing winning programs to ensure growth of JTI portfolio in short and long-term within your assigned territory.
WHAT WILL YOU DO :
Identify issues and opportunities within the assigned territory through data analysis, competitive review, field work and insight to develop appropriate short-term and long-term plans for JTI brands.
Manage the framework and relationship between JTI and the trade by guiding filed sales force in the proper execution of programs.
Coordination with field sales and survey program execution to ensure compliance with standards / intended trade impact, with quick turnaround on any program issues
Responsible for promotions budget management and proper use of program tools and materials up until closure and depletion
Support Brand and Shopper Field Marketing on New Product Launches
YOU ARE / HAVE :
1-2 years experience in Sales, Trade / Channel Marketing or Marketing that includes on ground Field Sales experience (preferably in FMCG company).
Excellent knowledge of the local environment and understanding of local consumer needs
Trade & Channel Development understanding
Evaluation skills : data, insight gathering & analysis
Ability to turn data into suggestions and development plans for assigned territory
Good communication skills - Oral and Written (English, Filipino)
Winning attitude and hunger for success in your assigned area of business
Adept with MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
