  • Will perform basic level troubleshooting of the POS system over the phone. If the problem cannot be fixed (or a temporary bypass or quick fix cannot be made), the case will be escalated.
  • Will be handling Inbound and Outbound calls, collect incident data such as system logs, physical symptoms, actions prior to incidents, actions attempted to resolve / bypass incident, operational impact of incident.
  • Emails will be supported by agents as well.
  • At least 2 years of Technical Support experience handling POS, Computer Hardware Account.
  • POS technical and operational experience is an advantage
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Familiar with different Ticketing tool.
