As a Professional Medical Representative, you will join the GLP1 Business Unit. This position will be based in Metro Manila, covering Central Greater Manila Area (GMA) territory, and will report directly to the Area Sales Manager.

The Position

As an integral member of the Diabetes Business Unit, you will manage a defined territory and responsibilities will include (but not limited to) :

  • Calling on healthcare professionals in hospitals, private clinics, and drug store promoting the product portfolio assigned to the role, establishing good rapport and solid business relationships with key customers such as Medical Doctor, Pharmacists and other health care professionals, and building on this network to generate further opportunities
  • Managing nominated territory, including organizing and running Medical Education events, including organizing seminars and scientific meetings in hospitals
  • Working autonomously in the field and collaboratively with the broader sales team and other stakeholders with a strong business ethics mindset
  • Promoting Novo Nordisk products to health care professionals in hospitals and private clinics, ensuring territory sales, and identifying prospects for new business proactively
  • Planning, organizing, and implementing sales territory programs for maximum effective coverage with a complete round of the territory every promotional cycle
  • Qualifications

  • You have a completed a college degree preferably Science-related
  • You have at least 2 years of sales experience within pharmaceutical industry
  • Your knowledge and experience of the disease area as well as the local healthcare landscape and customer-base are considered an advantage
  • You have excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are willing to be mobile
