Mainly handles challenging inquiry and answers technical inquiries escalated from the frontline.
Prepares FAQs of difficult questions to improve the team's problem-solving ability.
Concurrently serves as a trainer and carries out training sessions with the team.
Job Qualifications :
At least college level with at least 6 months TSR experience in a BPO company
Fresh Graduates with any Computer or IT related course with strong software knowledge are welcome to apply
Strong Software Troubleshooting Knowledge
Good to Excellent English communications skills
Willing to work on a fixed graveyard schedule : 12 MN to 9 AM
Amenable to work in Ortigas Center Pasig
with 24K Signing Bonus!
