The Business Development Manager will be responsible in the development of new products and opportunities that will support the overall growth strategy of Sterling Pharmacy.
He / She is tasked mainly to promote new products of SGMP in the market through brand awareness including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short and long term.
In charge of developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features and benefits of new products to customers.
Introduce new products of SGMP to increase market penetration and expansion.
Plan, design, develop and implement marketing strategies to identify effective distribution channels and programs.
Manage the execution of marketing programs of the company’s assigned product line to gain market share and increase over-all acceptability.
Conduct market research and analysis to generate up-to-date market intelligence on competitors products and market needs.
Ensure that all procedures are complete and that quality standards are met.
Graduate of Business Management, Marketing or any related course.
Solid background in Business & Product Development and Marketing in Pharmaceutical industry.
Exposure to pharmaceutical marketing, supply chain, project management and general business experience is highly desirable.
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
Must be adaptable to changing priorities and work environments.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Budget management skills.
Amenable to work in Makati.
