Job Description :

Responsibilities and Duties

Design and drive a comprehensive demand generation strategy integrating and leveraging tactics and tools including search engine marketing, email, webinars, events, social media, etc.

Establish quotas that the team needs to meet and present the results on a weekly basis

Developing and progressing a pipeline of qualified opportunities to reliably hit target goals

Lead overall Demand Generation planning efforts including production of lead generation goals and forecast and measuring overall results

Assess current lead funnel definition and create data-driven, actionable plans to advance sophistication through better understanding of buying cycle stages and nurturing campaign goals

Collaborate and work with the respective Sales & Marketing personnel to identify & track sales campaigns to identify growth, challenges and risks to continually improve the sales process

Research customer segments, clients and strategies to increase qualified leads

Implement strategies to analyze and enhance the demand creation process

Personally, be heavily involved in creating a pipeline of qualified leads for the target client profile and vertical that is assigned.

Provide day-to-day management and accountability for all email marketing, and other promotional programs Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in B2C and B2B marketing experience, with heavy focus on demand / lead generation and campaign management roles required.

Salesforce experience an advantage

Strong Communication skills with the ability to have meaningful conversations with CXOs with the ability to convey clear crisp messages

Expert in demand generation, lead nurturing and execution

Ability to think and execute both strategically and creatively

Demonstrated ability to multi-task, set and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross functional global teams

High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality output.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Highly developed interpersonal skills to build rapport and engage prospects in conversation

Ability to present the companys value propositions
