About Group Intercompany Unit

Group Intercompany Unit ensures that internal transactions are calculated, booked, invoiced and settled in accordance with DB Policy, Group Tax and Regulatory standards.

This creates the platform for delivery of timely and accurate reporting to internal & external stakeholders in the most cost effective manner possible.

Group Intercompany Unit Intercompany Senior Analyst

As an Intercompany Senior Analyst, you will ensure data integrity of financial reports by analyzing and facilitating clearance of intercompany breaks related to non-

derivative transactions for elimination process in Head Office Consolidation.

In scope to the role will be process ownership and demonstrating expertise in monthly production activities such as journal adjustments, reconciliation, investigation and coordination of inter-

company breaks. You are to escalate and investigate production issues on a timely manner and propose action plans to mitigate and avoid from recurrence.

You are expected to prepare Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other related reports, implement and participate in process improvement initiatives and global / regional projects.

You will also need to attend post-month end discussion within the team and other relevant forums. You will ensure the completion of control documentation such as Key Control Points (KCPs), and complete all governance and compliance requirements such as but not limited to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) updates and compliance trainings.

For this role, you will be expected to support the development of an environment where people management and development are prioritized.

You will actively support the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high performance culture.

For this requirement you will need to have a degree in any Finance or Accounting-related course. You will need proven working experience in a related field.

You will need to possess strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, innovative, collaborative, and be adaptive to new or difficult situations.
