  • Your team

    This role reports up to the global compensation operations leader. He / She will be part of a team of compensation specialists and administrators who work together to deliver the service and ensure compensation operations are executed with excellence.

    Responsibilities of the role

  • Execute end-to-end business processes within Organization Units, Functions, Markets, etc. in line with global policies in a quality and timely manner
  • Participate and collaborate in various internal process improvement and even global projects to further improve the service, providing summary of outcomes and after-action reviews
  • Engage with the global compensation team and discover synergies, learning opportunities, and efficiencies in service delivery
  • Partner with various stakeholders, including HR and line managers, to effectively execute compensation changes, including process communication, deployment, and continuous improvement
  • Respond to questions and clarifications citing proper policies and guidelines, providing direction and coaching to various employees and leaders, as well as ensuring deadlines are met
