We will count on you to :
Execute administrative activities for wealth and career teams which are compiling and arranging data, making computations, laying out and preparing reports, processing and coding documents, and maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing.
Provide project support for firm-wide marketing campaigns, events, research and related initiatives
Assist in the setting up of meetings with clients and follow-through for meetings
Support data analysis, coordination with different stakeholders (clients, AST / CST, etc.) Help in preparations of RFP / proposal documents which develop working knowledge and insights of each line of business
Support processing of Invoices, WIP’s and AR collection efforts to clients
Use independent judgment to provide routine clerical services to ensure adequate support to professional and management staff.
Prepares and proofreads documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to ensure all documents produced adhere to established standards.
What you need to have :
Bachelor’s degree holders with strong academic track-record
Effective communicator, both verbally and written, with strong interpersonal skills
High Proficient skills with MS Office Suite Excel, Word and PowerPoint
