Position Overview
The Graphic Designer role will be responsible for designing marketing campaigns (banner ads, emails, landing pages, etc.
website pages, print and events collaterals (including executive presentations).
What you will do at Insight
Creating marketing campaigns and materials
Designing of website that produces a good user experience
Designing page layouts and interactions to create aesthetic and functional designs from concept to completion
Designing of various print collaterals
Designing of executive presentations
Work closely with other content designers, developers, and marketers
Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation sessions, take charge and own the process when needed
What you will need to join Insight
Bachelor’s Degree in Multi Media Arts, or related field, from four-year College or University
At least 2 years of experience in Graphic / Digital Design and other related field.
Portfolio of strong work that showcases that experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient in graphic design principles (typography, grids, layout, color), UX, UI
Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
Strong written and verbal English communications skills
Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
Preferred
Experience implementing designs on the web using CSS and related UI frameworks
