Responsible in complaint investigation and reporting
Manages communication and follow-up of critical complaints.
Receive inbound Customer calls and email communications and address in a professional and friendly manner.
Ensure all inquiries and complaints are actioned as per procedures.
Filing of all medical events and reportable malfunctions within the required time frame.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Hindi
Very good English communication skills
Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
Preferably with diploma in Biomedical Equipment Services, Medical Transcription, Healthcare Services, Nursing, Medical Engineering discipline
Willing to work in shifting schedule
2-3 years experience in the same field is required
