Since 2004 we have worked closely with Housing Providers providing temporary and permanent staff for Housing Management teams nationally.
Working with providers including Local Authorities, Housing Associations, ALMOS, and Charities we are always looking to speak to Housing Professionals who are looking for a new role.
What will your day look like
As a Housing Officer, you will act as the face of the organisation for your designated patch of tenants. You will ensure that all KPIs are met and that you liaise with other departments to ensure the service you are providing is in line with each organisations vision and values.
Our clients look for a range of skills and experience depending on the role but more often than not if you have done the following we would be keen to speak to you
In addition to this depending on the role, some clients may have additional criteria such as an up to date enhanced DBS, access to a car for work purposes, or experience in using specific IT databases such as Northgate or Orchard.
Particularly at the moment, our clients are being extremely flexible when it comes to interviews and working arrangements, and should you need to go out on visits / inspection appropriate PPE will be provided.
