As a Customer Service Representative , you will deliver customer service to the clients of a U.S. based bank specializing in credit cards. You are also expected to :
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Abide by all regulatory compliance requirements as required by federal law in the US; and
Accurately document all actions taken during each transaction with the customer.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
At least 2 years of work experience in Customer Service, Collections or Financial services
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge on computers
Good customer service and problem solving skills
