Role Purpose : The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will be responsible in executing compensation and Benefits related activities in compliance with the Hub Service Level Agreement (SLA).
The role will work closely with People Experience Lead, Data Specialist and Payroll specialist on compensation and benefits related matters from Hire to Retire.
Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time. Key Responsibilities : Compensation Execute employee Compensation data validation and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance of process to local legislation and controls framework Execute 3rd party payments, reporting and invoicing.
Prepares / review monthly reimbursable allowance. Monitor Intern allowance or Car / Field Allowance. Prepares / review monthly Cost Centre reconciliation.
Benefits Perform validation and reconciliation on benefits process Execute pension and service rewards administration Execute the monthly govt related deliverables such as SSS, HDMF, and PHIC reconciliation and issuance of certificate of contribution.
Work with 3rd party vendor / point of contact to ensure employee data validation relevant to Benefit payments is completed.
Prepare Employee data reports for Insurance and Shares. Works / Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for employee time and attendance related benefits i.
e., Maternity / Paternity / Bereavement assistance. Monitor International Assignee Statutory Benefits Assist in benefits related audit activities Assist in checking and uploading of UNA articles SME / custodian of compensation and benefits process Documents.
Escalate obsolete benefit policies vs. actual practice / SOP to the relevant in-market stakeholders. Manage People Experience Lead and Payroll Specialist inquiries relevant to compensation and benefits.
Documenting / maintaining job aids and work instructions related to compensation and benefits. Pre-employment Assist in Pre-Employment Medical Processing / Clearance Assist in Pre-Employment Documents Assistance Assist in BPI Payroll Endorsement Assist in Workday and Other IT Access Concerns Qualifications : Knowledgeable of Philippines Labor law in terms of statutory Benefits is a must.
Relevant university degree or college diploma and professional accounting qualification, or 2-3 years relevant experience in payroll / benefits management.
Experienced in and expert knowledge of MS Office applications. Experienced in payroll systems technical know-how Experienced using Workday is an advantage Skills : Interpersonal skills / Customer Service Analytical Thinking able to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach Diagnostic Information Gathering able to identify the information needed to clarify a situation, seek that information from appropriate sources, and use skilful and persistent questioning to draw out the required information.
Convert / translate business requirements into payroll related demands Problem Solving solves problems with effective solutions.

Good communication skill able to coordinate effectively with different stakeholders for any requirements to execute relevant tasks.
