Job Description

  • Assist financial advisors in assessing client's short- and long-term financial goals, and create financial plans
  • Help clients create and diversify their investment and risk management portfolio
  • Develop and manage highly productive teams / financial advisors
  • Improve profitability, analyze markets for business opportunities

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Has a passion and heart for advocacies;
  • Coachable, trainable, willing to learn;
  • Confident in handling different types of personalities;
  • Willing to work under pressure;
  • Experience in handling / managing teams;
  • High degree of initiative, resourcefulness, flexibility and self-motivated;
  • Sales experience is an advantage
