  • The client's company has two core divisions. That would be Accommodation Management and Accommodation Investments. The Management Division provides a complete accommodation service to b&
  • b's, hotels, lodges etc. from cleaning, maintenance, marketing etc. The Investments Division sources suitable venues for our clients / investors to invest in.

    Roles and Responsibilities :

    • Monitor project management app / software and email reminders etc.

    • Sourcing properties from websites and uploading files and emailing individuals.

    • Conduct online researches

    • Collate gathered date

    • Other ad-hoc tasks as requested

    Skills :

    • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role

    • Intelligent and able to follow instructions clearly

    • High computer admin experience

    • Experience with using task manager applications etc.

    • High experience in Microsoft software's

    • Good aptitude in web based systems

    • Excellent communication skills - English

    • Enthusiastic and motivated

    • An interest in property investing and accommodation

    • Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - AU time

    • Amenable to start immediately
