Roles and Responsibilities :
â¢ Monitor project management app / software and email reminders etc.
â¢ Sourcing properties from websites and uploading files and emailing individuals.
â¢ Conduct online researches
â¢ Collate gathered date
â¢ Other ad-hoc tasks as requested
â¢ 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
â¢ Intelligent and able to follow instructions clearly
â¢ High computer admin experience
â¢ Experience with using task manager applications etc.
â¢ High experience in Microsoft software's
â¢ Good aptitude in web based systems
â¢ Excellent communication skills - English
â¢ Enthusiastic and motivated
â¢ An interest in property investing and accommodation
â¢ Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - AU time
â¢ Amenable to start immediately
