The Account Executive serves as the primary representative and liaison between the agency and its clients. As an Account Executive, his / her primary objective is to acquire and develop new accounts, supervise on-
going accounts and projects handled by Account Executives and Project Managers, apart from creating professional relationships with his / her own accounts.
The Account Executive is expected to have strong leadership skills and is able to effectively track and advise strategies and action plans to account managers and account executives.
Apart from proven account management experience, Account Executive is expected to be highly creative and is able to develop strategic and compelling proposals that answer clients' needs and objectives.
Generate leads, acquire and develop new clients
Deliver excellent customer service to new and existing clients
Work closely with the project management team, monitor progress of on-going projects and provide timely reports to the Account Head and clients
Determine problems that may arise in the execution of projects and provide solutions for these challenges
Develop and present winning concept proposals that are cost-efficient and within clients' prescribed budget
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Advertising / Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in below-the-line (BTL) advertising industry is required for this position.
