Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and Control on projects so there is a high probability of success (delivered on-time, in scope and within budget)
  • Assisting in the development of project scopes, requirements, deliverables and benefits, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility is completed
  • Contribute to resource availability, allocation and coordination of internal resources and third parties / vendors for the delivery of projects
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress via MSProject and JIRA
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs, quality and resourcing
  • Measure and enhance project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Assist with the management of the relationship with all stakeholders world wide
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Monitor and Control comprehensive project documentation within Confluence
  • Engage, develop and help train project and non-project staff in our standards
  • Continuously improve all governance standards, toolkits and methodologies
  • Essential Skills

  • Experience Monitoring and Controlling multiple projects simultaneously with competing demands
  • Experience within PMI (PMBoK), Agile and / or PRINCE2
  • Influence and manage stakeholders
  • Ability to negotiate without being adversarial
  • A focus on customer experience
  • A methodical and logic driven, whilst maintaining the ability to think outside of the box
  • Proven track record of time management
  • The ability to perform duties independently and under minimal supervision within specific assignments
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to allow for the accurate and efficient communication with stakeholders and staff
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to allow for the handling of multiple and parallel projects
  • Experience with online documentation tools such as Confluence and Gliffy
