Key responsibilities areas :
The PPC Planner is accountable to PPC Officer for the Production Planning and Control activities in the PPC Department.
Direct responsibilities in meeting Customer Build Requirements as well as maintaining Oracle accuracy in issuing until completing the Work Orders and controlling the Age-ing of Work Orders.
PPC need to make sure the target in revenue will be achieved.
Ensures the one hundred percent Delivery of Finished Goods to Customers
Certifies and confirms the Sales Order and Work Orders based on current Build Plan / Customer request, Production Capability and Line allocation, Machine Utilization and Quality issues
Monitors and maintains Work Order accuracy against the actual
Monitors the generation of daily Work-in-process reports, reports Turn-around time, Production output ensuring its accuracy & completeness
Monitors & prepares Work Orders according to Capacity ensuring that Production output complies with the desired Work Order completion quantity, standard yield and turn-around time.
Reports anticipated problems that may arise in Production which may affect Shipment commitment plus updating daily priority of shipment & schedule
Follow-up Production from time to time to expedite processing of Invoices to meet shipment as well as Work Order completion
Monitors non-moving, hold and age-ing lots in Production to expedite for its completion.
Participates in the monthly Physical inventory of Production line WIP inventory and Finished goods.
Analyzes Consigned parts, WIP & Finished goods discrepancies in the Production & Shipment areas; if variances were found, immediate countermeasures are to be undertaken to improve Inventory accuracy
Monitors weekly inventory of materials in the Production line
Reviews all documents for outgoing shipments against the Customer P.O. or Shipment Commitment to ensure that these documents are complete & accurate before they are sent with the Finished Goods to the Customer
Assess Production workload to optimize Production working hours
Checks & assess regularly the Materials availability against Customer Build Plan before releasing the Work Order.
Oversees the timely preparation & release of run cards to Production
Monitors & controls consigned materials issuance activities to Production & ascertains that proper documentation & verification are done prior to release of materials
Performs other duties as maybe assigned
Key Competencies :
Graduate of any 4 years course
Excellent communication skills
With at least minimum of 3 years work experience in a Manufacturing Company.
You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering China.
You are a strong net worker & relationship builder
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
