The Restructuring and Restatement Specialist is the point of contact of the business in relation to the Restructuring & Restatement (R&R) process.
He / she is primarily responsible for performing R&R activities and deliverables. Being the frontliner in bridging the process and
governance to the business, he / she must ensure that the business is able to understand and adhere to the set R&R requirements.
The role coordinates closely with Business Area global stakeholders on R&R-related activities and deliverables. It performs
Quality Assurance tasks and ensures strict compliance to R&R Governance and Policies for the ff processes :
Restructuring -Reviews and consolidates all UBR and FSI structure changes. Confirms with business the changes and makes sure they are aligned with the expectation.
Restatements- Handles the review, consolidation and implementation of Financial Restatements into the system. Maintains the effectiveness and efficiency of the toolsets used in Restatements activities.
Provides support to R&R deliverables and to any ad hoc queries and requirements as necessary.
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Financial analysis and / or reporting, and general accounting.
Highly preferred to have focus on internal controls and integrity of data, attention to detail and accuracy, and have the ability to solve difficult problems through careful and systematic evaluation of information.
Able to effectively work and collaborate with others towards common goals and objectives. Adapts quickly and positively to changing situations, restructuring tasks and priorities as circumstances develop within the business and organization.
He / She Is open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members. Excellent team worker, able to work with different teams and a global organisation
