Plan International invites competent, experienced and committed professionals to fill the following position :



  • Manage and facilitate program activities in Plan-covered communities.
  • Facilitate the active participation of partner communities and community-based organizations in the planning, implementation and monitoring processes.
  • Ensure that quality sponsorship communication products are submitted and follow the established standards and guidelines.
  • Contribute to grant proposal development.
  • This is for a six-month assignment, based in East Samar.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Behavioral Sciences or Other related courses.
  • Relevant training on Community Organizing / Community Development; Program / Project Management; Participatory Rapid / Rural Appraisal.
  • Has two years’ experience in actual community organizing and development and has hands-on experience in participatory approaches including with children.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the Philippines. Local applicants are preferred.
  • Location : East Samar

    Reports to : Provincial Supervisor
