Deliver defined services and act as first escalation level for process execution

Cascade information and updates for all Learning processes to the team

  • Organize work schedule planning and ensuring service continuity according to service commitment and Service Level Agreements;
  • continuously identify potential and self-initiatively improving the existing processes

    Responsible for organizing receiving, dispatching and clarifying orders within the team, and clarify non-standard inquiries with local or regional Process Leader or Global Process Owner

    Learn processes for new services offered by HRDirect (e.g. work shadowing during roll-in phase)
