A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for managing client accounts by providing seamless continuity between the client and their customers.
The customers you assist will never know that you are a JustPressOne, Inc. employee, but rather work with you as an agent of the appliance repair company that you represent.
Your average call is less than four minutes, but you may encounter issues that require more detailed service.
Navigating between service screens linked to your assigned clients' systems, you make notations, schedule appointments, and update information.
As your skill increases, you are assigned additional accounts. Other responsibilities that you handle with confidence include quoting repair rates, providing warranty information, and fielding customer complaints.
We don't believe in using scripts. Our customers appreciate the compassionate and thoughtful service that you provide to them.
Your ability to effectively manage incoming calls helps strengthen our client and customer relationships. Calls are sometimes monitored to help you hone your service skills and refine your technique.
Customer service and / or call center experience is a plus! Experience with Google Docs is also helpful. Are you a reliable, dependable employee?

Customer Service Representatives have a set schedule working one of two shifts : 9 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am, or 11 : 00 pm - 8 : 00 am with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
