Job Summary :
The Legal Assistant ensures that all departments comply with reportorial requirements of the regulatory bodies.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
1.Assists the legal officer in ensuing the Association with relevant laws and regulations
2.Maintains documentation of legal activities.
3.Assists the legal officer in coordinating, monitoring and facilitating of all units and departments on external and internal audit findings and recommendations.
4.Assists the Legal Officer in drafting the necessary pleadings and motions to be filed with Administrative Agencies, Quasi-
Judicial Bodies and regular courts relative to the labor cases being handled.
6.Assists the Legal officer in rendering legal advice or opinion.
8.Perform other tasks assigned.
Skills and Qualifications :
1.The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree; with Law background.
2.He / she must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
3.He / she must possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
4.He / she must have effective management skills.
5.He / she must have knowledge in banking operations both internal and branch operations.
6.He / she must be persuasive with details and facts.
7.He / she must be proficient in computer applications.
8.He / she must have the ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
9.He / she must be professional and works with the highest degree of integrity.
