Job Description TRAINING ASSISTANT POSITION PURPOSE : Supports the Human Capital of all Leslie Corporation- Food Service Division Store Personnel as well as Minute Burger Franchisees and their personnel by doing training and development programs that suit the needs of the said employees and ensures competency development of personnel through training.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Responsible for the over-all coordination and implementation of the Basic Store Operations Training Program, Refresher Course Program, Trade Test Training Program and Store Management Training Program for all stores within the scope of the location of assignment.

Assists in the stores' operation by providing Grand Opening Support and mentoring of Franchisees and their personnel for a period of time.

Conducts training delivery for all levels of Corporate Personnel and ensures all training activities and materials meet the?

relevant? needs on a per need basis. Conducts scheduled store visits from time to time to assess the store personnel's training and performance needs.

Design training programs and courses necessary to meet the station personnel's training needs. THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF YOU : Are a gracuate of Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Business?

Education, Education,? Philosophy, Mass Communication, Communication Arts, Business Administration or any related field.

Experience in Training and Development is an advantage but is not a requirement. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence others and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Ability to effectively utilize technology, from moderate to advanced computer skills in????????????????????????????? Microsoft office products, learning management systems and on-line resources.

Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills using adult learning techniques. Willing to do fieldwork if needed.
