We're looking for an HR Generalist to support our employee services and office administration in our BGC office in Taguig City.

The HR Generalist, who will report to the General Manager, will be responsible for supporting the Cooperative employees with employee-
related processes and inquiries while establishing best HR practices Your role -Provide HR support to the business, tracking and advising employees on performance, compensation / benefits, and other HR-
related topics -Work with managers to plan and execute recruitment, hiring, and orientation of new hires including managing logistics (IT, badging, government forms, etc) -
Establish and execute continuous improvement of HR processes to improve employee experience and ensure compliance to government and cooperative guidelines and policies -
Plan and coordinate staff meetings, events, and other external meetings with vendors -Establish and administer a process to track team budget, expense filing, and reimbursement Your skills and qualifications -
Bachelor’s degree in business / human resources preferred -1-2 years of prior experience in an HR role -Experience with being the front face of HR, working with multiple stakeholders within and outside the organization -
Self-driven, organized, and passionate about continually improving processes and employee experience -Attention to detail and exceptional communication skills are key attributes in this role -
Quick, adaptable, and anticipates change in the fast-paced startup environment of the organization Salary : 18000 - 23000
