A large countrywide ION project of requires a Project support manager to provide vital assistance to the GPM and ION team for the project’s back end support.

The Project support manager will be responsible for cost and administration management including fleet / transport coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight on transport coordination and office (including PPE) supplies for ION team
  • Oversight and management of project petty cash fund
  • Oversight on monitoring of customer sales orders
  • Review, monitor and coordinate ION project team purchase requisitions, vendor invoices and employee liquidations
  • Assist GPM on onshore services budget preparation
  • Responsible for managing administrative support staff
  • Attend to any admin related issues ION admin central office
  • Competencies

  • Project finance management experience
  • Project office management experience
  • Knowledge of financial management tools (SAP)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
