The Job :
The ServerHub Inside Sales Specialist will handle inbound phone requests, help desk, chat and email tickets from customers who are in need of Cloud Hosting and Infrastructure Services.
â€¢ Promptly Answer any incoming calls from potential clients.
â€¢ Respond promptly to incoming help desk tickets and answer any sales related questions clients may have.
â€¢ Perform General Demos / Demonstrations of our Cloud Platform to potential clients
â€¢ Ability to learn quick to learn and able to understand our platform and technology (training provided)
â€¢ Proven ability to work at a high speed and act with urgency
â€¢ Ability to effectively document your sales reporting to the Sales Manager
â€¢ Strong listening, presentation, and communication skills
â€¢ Create solution proposals, negotiate agreements, and manage procurement processes
â€¢ Conducting a thorough analysis with speed and confidence to match our customers with the right products
Must Haves :
â€¢ Experience with using Google Suite products (Google Sheets or Excel, Docs)
â€¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
â€¢ 2+ years Sales or Inside Sales Experience
â€¢ Experience in SaaS or Hosting (B2B is a Plus)
â€¢ A fully functioning workstation and a quiet place to work (If Remote)
Background knowledge of Cloud Hosting, IaaS, SaaS, is a plus
