COMPANY PROFILE : This is an American conglomerate company and has been in the industry for almost 120 years. The company manufactures different types of products for home, personal care, craft, decoration and others.

Position : Korean Client Relationship Management Specialist

Industry : Shared Services

Salary : Negotiable

Location : BGC, Taguig City

Schedule : Shifting Schedule (5 days per week, Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)

Work setup : Temporary work from home

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Assist the client and provide resolutions to their concern or inquiry

Responsible to monitor and update the data in a timely manner

Responsible to gather, identify and analyze the CRM requirements and make sure that the requirements are met.
