Role Responsibilities

  • Prospect into white space using different channels (phone, digital, face to face) and develop customer target lists.
  • Work from pre-agreed target lists (customer names & associations) and use all available tools to generate target lists.
  • Structure, negotiate and close deals, initially with the support from senior sales
  • Proactively identify pipeline opportunities with the support of the account managers and senior sales
  • Maintain accurate forecasting discipline and regular sales stage pipeline management
  • Deliver on a minimum daily quota of sales activities (emails, calls, meetings)
  • Maintain minimum pipeline coverage vs personal target
  • Provide insights and share Refinitiv thought leadership with customers and prospects
  • Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Good market understanding including understanding of financial markets and customers' business model workflow
  • Proven successful track record in remote / call center selling of financial products or services
  • World class selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition / consultative selling) as a hunter
  • Strong sales closer , with can-do attitude
  • Creative thinker and good sales ideation skills
  • Presentation skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize and execute a sales plan
  • Executive presence
  • Over 5 years of industry, sales or market experience
  • Proven track record in a quota bearing sales environment
  • Experience selling to C- level executives (desirable)
