JOB SUMMARYProvides sourcing, screening and selection recommendation support for assigned job openings.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEstablishes working relationships with assigned recruiters to ensure sourcing and screening coverage of open positions.
Executes under general supervision recruiting / sourcing strategies and processes to support the hiring and business needs of the open positions.
Recommends candidates to recruiters after conducting screening interviews and assessing general qualification against job requirements.
Develops and monitors staffing processes to ensure regulatory compliance. Supports internal job posting and transfers program.
Coordinates the implementation and development of recruitment advertising. Identifies and develops sources for qualified candidates by establishing relationships with placement agencies, colleges, universities, technical schools, diversity community agencies, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and / or training to co-workers.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree (BA / BS) from 4-year college or university in human resources or related field or comparable combination of education and experience.
Previous staffing / recruiting experience preferred.CERTIFICATES and / or LICENSESNoneCOMMUNICATION SKILLSExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Ability to effectively present information. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, salaries and commissions.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve problems in standard situations. Ability to apply sound judgment and a high level of analytical skills when calibrating candidates to target positions.
OTHER SKILLS and / or ABILITIESIntermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with use of applicant tracking software.
Understanding of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures regarding staffing / recruitment and HR. Strong knowledge or creative sourcing, including passive candidate searches, direct recruitment, LinkedIn and other electronic databases.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITYDecisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
