  • What You'll be Doing

    Our client runs the largest search engines on the World Wide Web with products that are designed to improve your online experience! They also provide a variety of tools for businesses of all forms, sizes, and market caps succeed on and off the web.

    This position is focused on providing a scaled, delightful experience for small business owners helping them with any questions they have, including issues with setting streamlined Search Engine Optimization, Advertising, email, Web Analytics, etc.

    Account Executives are considered experts across all platforms who are responsible for setting appointments with our clients, identifying their business’ challenges and pain points, recommending products that will help resolve those issues, and ultimately assisting them with the step-by-step technical setup of products that will help their business grow.

    Businesses that partner with our client come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one product solution works for all.

    As an Account Executive, your knowledge of online technologies combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow.

    Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide high-caliber client service, research and market analysis.

    You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

    Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their online presence can reach thousands of users and generate more revenue.

    On a typical day, you'll

  • Strictly monitor calendar appointments on an hourly basis.
  • Provide 1 on 1 customer support via video conferencing.
  • Confidently do presentations in excellent English grammar and pronunciation.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Develop best practice recommendations based on the experience gained during customer engagements.
  • Respond to customers’ requests and problems with appropriate timeliness and concern.
  • Develops professional credibility and trust with the customer.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to details.
  • Stays up to date with product knowledge to make effective recommendations.

  • Bachelor of Arts / Science degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of solid experience in customer service and online technologies with advanced computer skills.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in Search Engine Optimization, Digital Advertising, and Business-to-Business sales.
  • Compelling desire to help customers through the technical nature of setup.
  • Proven ability to become expert in new technologies in a short time frame.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks.
  • A fast-learner possessing strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills.
  • Works with independence efficiently in a fast-paced Business-to-Business environment with minimum supervision. software tools
  • A positive attitude and ability to handle pressure.
  • Good-natured and has strong work ethics.
  • Knowledge in cloud-based technology products at both a technical level and business value level
  • Proficiency in using cloud-based communication tools and all relevant software tools
