Job Description

  • To provide technical support; answering support queries via phone or email
  • Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems
  • Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice
  • To allocate more complex service issues to the relevant IT Support member
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate
  • 1 year TSR experience (any account, any industry)
  • Microsoft Certified preferred but not required
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Outlook (Outlook profiles, MAPI, configuring security and protection options and Exchange server settings)
  • Familiar with Outlook.com, Office 365 and Outlook 2016
  • Knowledgeable in Internet Explorer Browser technologies (cookies, cache, IE options)
  • Active user of Outlook mobile app and understands the operating system of phones and devices
  • Good to Excellent English Communications skills (both written and verbal)
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule including nightshift
