The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a role

We are seeking technically minded individuals who are able to think outside the box to join our growing support team. The position takes calls but will be responsible for system upgrades that is mostly scheduled after regular working hours.


  • Escalating the technical concerns to proper authorities
  • Responsible for downloading CSV files to tool and copy to excel / google sheet
  • Responsible for downloading PDF reports
  • Responsible for scheduling the upgrades
  • Follow the standard policies and procedures
  • Update & maintain the Helpdesk Call Logging system (Zendesk)
  • CRM database management (
  • Enhance services and customer experience, products and revenue
  • Break-fix according to company standards
  • Contribute to and maintain the internal knowledge base
  • Adhoc projects as requested by the Client Services Manager

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving & troubleshooting skills
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role working for an offshore company
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Display a willingness to learn & a positive attitude
  • The ability to understand technical problems & deliver solutions
  • In-depth Windows & networking knowledge
  • Point of Sale experience will be highly regarded
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and setbacks
  • A high degree of Customer Care
  • A high degree of self-motivation
