We wish to inform you that the DSWD-National Capital Region is inviting applicants for the vacant positions with details :

A.Position : One (1) Medical Officer III

Salary Grade : 21

Item Number : OSEC-DSWDB-MDOF3-4-2004

Compensation : Php 39,493.00

B. Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

Education : Doctor of Medicine

Training : Four (4) hours relevant training

Experience : One (1) year relevant experience

Eligibility : RA 1080 (Physician)

Primary Functions :

  • vPlans and directs activities of medical staff;
  • vConducts physical and medical examinations to clients / staff / dependents;
  • vFormulates medical assessment / diagnosis;
  • vProvides medical intervention; makes necessary referrals and laboratory requests to appropriate agencies / hospitals

    vConducts community outreach through medical mission.

    vPrepares and maintains updated clinical records of clients

    vSubmits necessary reports

    vCertifies physical fitness of clients

    vPerforms other tasks that may be assigned.

  • Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013) :
