Business Process Associate is responsible on inputting and verifying client’s application to the system, information included are personal, medical and financial.

They also determine necessary requirement and issue policy.

  • We are looking for someone with :

  • College or University graduate of any course
  • A typing speed of 45 WPM with 98% accuracy.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer system and use of Microsoft word / excel
  • Ability to understand simple insurance process and principles
  • Nice to Haves :

  • Clear, precise and structured written communication
  • Good understanding of etiquette for written communications (both email and chat)
  • Ability to proactively respond to business situations
  • On the job you will :

  • Validate New Business Register (NBR) Submission and ensure input of customer data / details are accurately captured into company systems.
  • Verify documents completeness and up to date (recent). To obtain further information for incomplete documents (follow-up documents).
  • Update and maintain the Accredited Investor’s Listing in company’s system.
  • Assist in training room booking through company’s training room scheduler.
  • Manage shared team mailbox for follow-up regarding e.g. Rejected NBR Submission and enquiring on NBR Submission Status.
  • Assist with data validation and document tracing.
  • Highlights any potential concerns / risks as per Compliance and Company’s Guidelines.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Lead.
