Business Process Associate is responsible on inputting and verifying client’s application to the system, information included are personal, medical and financial.
They also determine necessary requirement and issue policy.

We are looking for someone with :
College or University graduate of any course
A typing speed of 45 WPM with 98% accuracy.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computer system and use of Microsoft word / excel
Ability to understand simple insurance process and principles
Nice to Haves :
Clear, precise and structured written communication
Good understanding of etiquette for written communications (both email and chat)
Ability to proactively respond to business situations
On the job you will :
Validate New Business Register (NBR) Submission and ensure input of customer data / details are accurately captured into company systems.
Verify documents completeness and up to date (recent). To obtain further information for incomplete documents (follow-up documents).
Update and maintain the Accredited Investor’s Listing in company’s system.
Assist in training room booking through company’s training room scheduler.
Manage shared team mailbox for follow-up regarding e.g. Rejected NBR Submission and enquiring on NBR Submission Status.
Assist with data validation and document tracing.
Highlights any potential concerns / risks as per Compliance and Company’s Guidelines.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Lead.
