Job Summary : This position is responsible for generating incremental sales and deepening of agent-client relationship with existing policy holders of Manulife Philippines.

The incumbent will support in the implementation of ECS programs so as to strengthen relationships between our Insurance Advisors and policyholders.

The role will work closely with Sales Management Team, Products, Business Quality, Information Systems and other support departments to generate opportunities for cross-sell / up-sell and develop higher level of repeat sales.

General Accountability : This position is responsible for generating incremental sales through the different initiatives intended for both existing and potential clients.

The FTE will handle the areas under Territory 3, which are MM3.1, MM3.2, North Luzon, Central Luzon and South Luzon and will work closely with Sales Management Team, Marketing, Operations and other business units to acquire sales from new customers and generate opportunities for cross-sell / up-sell.

Greater part of the role is focused on the development and implementation of Customer Portfolio Management (CPM) campaigns such as :

  • Activ8 (Maturity and Fully Paid Up)
  • GOLD (maximizing NMA)
  • Anniversary (1st year to 4th year)
  • Birthday
  • The role will also provide support in the scaling of Power Couple program nationwide by conducting regular meetings and trainings.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Ahievement of full year CPM sales targets from the assigned Territory in terms of APE, net issued case, Active Agent Count
  • Achievement of full year Power Couple sales targets from the assigned Territory in terms of APE, net issued case, Active Agent Count and achievement of other key metrics such as contact, appointment and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive plan of activities across the territory to achieve sales goals and priorities
  • Develop agency teams through the conduct of learning sessions focused on the importance of constant relationship building with existing clients
  • Conduct skills training activities like phoneblitz and role playing to improve agent competencies
  • Organize and manage cost effective client events like Investors Forum and Client Appreciation Night, targeting existing and prospective clients to build engagement and generate new business.
  • Conduct on-ground lead generation accreditation session to help agents build sales pipeline, generate appointments and generate sales
  • Monitor and track agency activities, provide feedback and develop plan to improve performance.
  • Prepare and release regular reports to key stakeholders to measure and drive the success of campaigns and initiatives
  • Build and cultivate relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities, gain trust and buy-in of agents and agency leaders.
  • Provide support in the development of campaign metrics by collaborating with Customer Centricity, Products, Analytics, Information Systems, Customer & Policy Administration.
  • This would include campaign design, customer communication plans, data sizing and tracking systems.

  • Design effective agency communications plan to properly launch and implement campaigns and ensure agent awareness and adoption.
  • Continually track expenses and ensure spend is within approved budget to hit revenue targets

  • Education & Experience :

  • College graduate of any 4-year Business Course
  • Three years or more work-related experience gained from an insurance or financial services company
