HR & Administrative Assistant


  • Coordinated telephone calls and greeted visitors upon arrival.
  • Make calls, verify information, job placement, input information, answer phones, travel, paperwork, what ever needed
  • Greet visitors, answer phones, scheduling corporate meetings, and special projects as requested.
  • Filling, Documentation Managed receptionist area including greeting visitors entering establishment.
  • Responsible for Recruitment (Job Ad Posting, Screen, Examination and initial Assessment)
  • Preparing of Job Contract
  • Maintained a database of candidate information
  • Preparing of Memorandums
  • Ensure that the 201 file are maintain, organized & Updated
  • Responsible for organizing company events
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Responsible for employee onboarding orientation

  • must be a graduate of BS Psychology, or Business Admirative major in Human Resource
  • with atleast 1year relevant working experience
  • with excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • with pleasing personality
  • flexible, fast learner
