  • The Job

    On a daily basis, you will report and work directly with the marketing manager, and you will assist the content creator.

    Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Social Media Management and Scheduling (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Hootsuite)
  • Newsletter (campaign monitor), creation of different targeted newsletter with constant analysis and updates, increase subscriber list
  • Copywriting for posts, website (blogs, project updates), eBooks and PR activities
  • Support the graphic team through the creation of visual assets, animations and videos through InDesign, Photoshop, iMovie, Aftereffects, Illustrator
  • Modification of Podcast
  • Identify potential leads through market research on social media, news and provided software
  • Market Research of trends and updates in interior design and digital marketing and new ways of implementing our strategy
  • Management of website : update of website such as Squarespace, WordPress
  • SEO & optimization of website (Google Analytics, Google AdWords)
  • Work on improving results on the SERP
  • Keyword research and hashtag research and tracking to get the best results when posting organically
  • Different type of sponsored Ads in Google (display ads, video ads etc.) and Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Optimize the funnel strategy and find new CRM platforms (ex. Salesforce)
  • Constant data analysis of website, social media platforms
  • Track posts performance based on company's personas, analyze and report
  • The Profile

    Required Skills & Experience :

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Creative Adobe software).
  • Expertise in Websites Management (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace Amazon Shopping).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (through InDesign, Photoshop, iMovie, Aftereffects, Illustrator)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing & how to do data analysis (social media data analysis, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Trends, Google optimization, Google My Business, Google Tag Manager)
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords and different types of sponsored ads on all the social media platforms
  • Experience with Campaign Monitor and Mailchimp
  • You are detail oriented with good Copywriting skills
  • You have a Major in Marketing or Journalism
