Job Summary The HR Associate for Recruitment is responsible in ensuring that all established aspects of recruitment and selection processes functions effectively in completing the manpower requirements of the hiring manager s on a specified timeframe Duties and responsibilities Prepares job advertisements for posting using various media Liaises with manpower agency partners academic institution headhunters and other external sources in placing and providing timely supply of manpower Employs of varied recruitment channels school partnerships job search engines job fairs flyers activities to increase applicant reach Maintains a pool of pre qualified candidates for future manpower requirements Coordinates with Hiring Managers in terms of job specifications interview schedules and hiring decisions Paper screens applications from varied sources and ensures matching of position qualifications and job specifications Conducts behavioral job interviews of applicants and provides timely feedback to superiors and requisitioning department heads Summarizes initial evaluation for easier evaluation of requisitioning Heads Administers psychological and trade examinations to qualified candidates and prepares assessment report Ensures report is readily available prior to the final interview of the shortlisted candidate Shortlists candidates based on company standards Conducts background investigation of the chosen candidate prior to deployment date Prepares and ensures timely complete and accurate documentation of all pre employment and hiring documents which includes but are not limited to job offers and contracts rank file positions reference checks medical examination and 201file Informs requesitioning heads and other internal stakeholders on the deployment of the hired candidate Maintains an accurate and up to date manpower records in 201 file Ensures that all recruitment policies and procedures are adhered to Recommends necessary improvements from time to time Coordinate s with HR Associate forTraining for the New Employee Orientation and boarding process Submits accurate and on time weekly and monthly hiring reports Performs administrative tasks and submits the following reports on time Vacancy updating follow ups List of Trainees for NEO Updating of employee masterlist hiring reports Participates and supports HR programs and initiatives as may be requested by the other HR sections Ie ER and employee engagement events Requirements Graduate of BS BA Psychology Behavioral Sciences HR Management or its equivalent At least 1 Year s of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably 1 4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent Has initiative Detailed Oriented Trustworthy Organized Analytical Good interpersonal competency experience in Test Administration and Interpretation Targeted Selection interviewing Requirements Minimum education level Bachelor s Degree Years of experience 1 Language s Tagalog Availability for travel Yes Availability for change of residence Yes
